Shipping & Returns

Shipping 
Currently, we offer shipping within EU.

Shipping to Sweden: Free shipping on all orders over 1000 SEK. Orders below 1000 SEK, shipping is 49 SEK. 
Shipping to other EU countries: 90 SEK, approx. 9 EUR. 

We use a standard postal service for all orders and delivery time is between 5-7 workdays in Sweden, 5-10 workdays for the rest of EU. Packages not retrieved within 14 days will be returned to ASYOAR. 

 


Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense. 

 

Unclaimed Packages
For packages that are not claimed at your post office within 14 days, ASYOAR reserves the right to charge you a document fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

 

Returns
Your swimwear can only be returned if; 

  • It’s in the same condition as you received it in
  • It is unworn or unused
  • It has unsealed packaging, including tags, hygien liners etc. 

We ask you to try the swimwear without makeup, we won't be able to accept the return if the products have makeup stains. We reserve the right to decline your return if these conditions are not fulfilled. The items will then be sent back to you at your expense.


You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it. Send us an email at info@asyoar.com, once your return is confirmed, we will send you details on how to proceed. Returns will be at your expense. 


No returns on sale items (50% and more)

Please note that we do not offer returns on sale items with 50% discount or more. As we sell hygienic products, we have the right not to offer this service on sale items. If you have any questions regarding sizing or fit, please reach out to our customer service and we can help you. 

 

Exchanges

If you want to do an exchange, same conditions as a return applies (see above under returns). You have 14 days to exchange an order after receiving it. Send us an email at info@asyoar.com, once your exchange is confirmed, we will send you details on how to proceed. Exchange will be at your expense.
