Refund policy

 

Returns
We offer the possibility to return your swimwear. Your swimwear can only be returned if; 

• It’s in the same condition as you received it in
• It is unworn or unused (trying them out is fine)
• It has unsealed packaging, including tags, hygiene liners etc. 

We reserve the right to decline your return if these conditions are not fulfilled. The items will then be sent back to you at your expense.

You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it. If your return is shipped from Sweden, please login in here and register your return. For all other countries, please send us an email at info@asyoar.com. Once your return is confirmed, we will get back to you with a return label within two business days. 

Please note that we do not offer returns on discontinued products/archive sales.

We will charge a refund fee depending on your country or region below:
Sweden: 69 SEK
EU: 10 EUR
US: 20 USD

Exchanges
If you want an exchange, the same conditions apply as for a return (see above under returns). You have 14 days to exchange an order after receiving it. 

Refunds
From the time we receive your return it takes up to 2 weeks before we have processed and refunded your return. If more time has passed, please contact us.

GIFT CARDS
When using a gift card in your purchase and then making a return, you will not receive a refund. Instead, you will receive a new gift card.
